DSP2 & Peppol Compliance
Our stack complies with the two major European regulatory frameworks for personal finance and B2B invoicing.
DSP2 — Regulated bank aggregation
Bridge by Bankin', our AISP provider, is licensed by ACPR (French Prudential Supervision Authority) under European DSP2 (PSD2) regulation.
- Read-only access to your accounts — no payment initiation, no orders, no transfers triggered by Finance HDdev.
- Your banking credentials never transit through our servers and are never stored. Authentication happens directly at your bank (strong SCA).
- You can revoke consent at any time from your settings or directly at your bank (DSP2-mandatory renewal every 180 days).
- Data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). European hosting, GDPR compliance.
Peppol — European e-invoicing
The Peppol network (Pan-European Public Procurement OnLine) enables structured B2B/B2G invoice exchange across the EU, in line with the ViDA directive (VAT in the Digital Age).
- UBL 2.1 / EN 16931 format — full interoperability with European public administrations and large enterprises.
- Stripe Tax & OmniVAT integration for automated VAT reporting in 30 countries.
- Ready for upcoming 2026-2027 e-invoicing mandates (France, Belgium, Germany) — your invoicing is already compliant.
