How do I create a Finance HDdev account?

We offer 5 plans: SOLO (2.99 EUR/month, manual mode), BUDGET (4.99 EUR/month, 1 bank sync), PREMIUM (6.99 EUR/month, unlimited sync), TRIBU (14.99 EUR/month, 2 users) and ULTIMATE (34.99 EUR/month, real estate module). All plans benefit from a 20% discount with annual billing.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan from your account settings. The change takes effect immediately. In case of a downgrade, the difference is credited.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Subscription and click "Cancel". Your access remains active until the end of the paid period. No additional charges.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, in Settings > Account, click "Delete my account". All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, in accordance with the GDPR.

How does bank synchronisation work?

We use the Bridge API, approved by the ACPR (Banque de France) and compliant with the European PSD2 directive. You connect your bank in a few clicks and your transactions are synchronised automatically every day.

Which banks are compatible?

Over 350 European banks are compatible, including the major banks in Belgium, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and many more. Check the Banks page for the full list.

Are my banking credentials stored?

No, never. We do not store any banking credentials. The connection goes through Bridge, which handles authentication directly with your bank via a secure interface.

Your data is encrypted with the Fernet algorithm (based on AES-128-CBC and HMAC-SHA256), a bank-grade security standard. Communications are protected by TLS 1.3.

Yes, fully. Your data is hosted in Europe, is never resold to third parties, and you have the right to access, modify and delete it at any time.
